I understand your concern.
Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to access Internet.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection.
If you are able to access Internet, open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize.
Change the "Network Profile" to "Private" if selected in "Public".
Click on "Policies->System Rules", enable all the options that are "Not configured".
After changing this settings, restart your computer and check if you are able to connect to Internet.

After we installed AVG internet security the 8th of January, My network is unidentifiable at my PC??
I use internet everyday with my IPhone and IPad, so it is working!
