I had AVG ultimate with unlimited devices. Now my account shows I have 10 devices. I am not sure when this happened and I don't remember renewing with such option.
In any case, I used to be able to deactive devices using AVG ZEN. But that is no longer available, but when I try to install and activate on devices that I had to format and re-installed windows, it says it went over the limit and I should remove some devices.
I cannot find any way to de-activate in the application and in the web site.
