How do I disallow TuneUp's maintenance from cleaning files from a specific browser?

How do I disallow or blacklist specific browsers like Opera GX from being cleaned via maintenance in TuneUp? I don't want TuneUp to close my browser because I don't want to lose the tabs I have opened. I cannot rely on Opera GX to automatically save my opened tabs data because it hasn't in the past.

When going into my settings and opening the automatic maintenance tab, I can toggle Opera GX off, but this does not apply when running maintenance manually. When running maintenance manually, I can toggle Opera GX off there too. Still, the toggle does not do anything because TuneUp requires that I close the browser regardless, and the toggle gets reset upon scanning again.

Is there any option that I can enable or disable to prevent TuneUp from cleaning Opera GX?

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, Chris.

From your description, I understand that your Opera browser is still being closed by your AVG TuneUp, even though you've unchecked it from the Maintenance scan results.
Please help us with the following details, so that we can help you accordingly:
First, after running a manual maintenance scan, please uncheck all categories related to browsers (Browser cache, Tracking & other cookies, Browsing & download history) under the scan results. Then, proceed to "Fix & clean" the remaining performance issues found and check if your Opera browser is still being closed.
Second, this time, while leaving the browser categories checked in the scan results, make sure that you've unchecked Opera browser under all three browser categories and see if the issue persists.
Keep us updated.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues with your Opera browser getting closed when running a maintenance scan. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, AVG TuneUp cannot clear browser cache from a web browser unless the browser is closed. If prompted, save any work that is open in your browsers. And to stop cleaning your browsers, Tick the boxes manually next to the issue types you want to clean. The issue types that AVG ticks automatically are safe to clean without losing crucial data. I hope this helps. If you are facing any issues, please feel to contact us anytime. Thanks for undersanding!

If you are going to reply to issues then you should at least read what the issue is.

Neither of these worked. Both times TuneUp closed my browser and logged me out of most of my accounts.
