Finally I am able to log in. This was SO frustrating. I couldn't log in her using Firefox. No reason was given. Every time I was directed to the log in page, it kept requesting of me that I prove that I am not a robot. But no matter how many times I proved this, it was never good enough. It kept asking for the proof over and over and over again. So I was never able to log in. I don't know if there is a glitch in your website or if it's a Firefox issue, but it should be fixed. Another anomaly was that the website showed that I was actually logged in on another page, but every time I cam back here, it wanted me to log in (but I couldn't). Another problem is that when I requested a new password, the site wound't send it. Who designed this website? It need a lot of work.
With regard to your response, you didn't answer my question. You gave your opinion that I should do a deep scan, but if you recall, I had a specific question. I asked why there was no option provided on the AVG program to do a full system scan, and I asked how to do that.
Hello Albert,
We're sorry to inform you that presently we do not have a specific email address to reach our AVG Support.
We're glad to help you through this channel.
We'd recommend you to perform the Deep scan in your computer.
A Deep Scan will provide you a predefined, in-depth scan of your system that checks your storage drives and memory for malware (including rootkits).

If you have any more questions, feel free to message me at any time. I’d be happy to help.
Hello, I just downloaded AVG, but I am unable to locate any section which provides a full computer scan. I found a "Deep scan" button, but is that the same? Why is there nothing showing how to do a full computer scan? And when I tried to email the website, it provided a box for my message, but after I posted my inquiry (and wasted my time), it directed me to the help forum. Why do you invite people to message you with questions and concerns, but then not follow through with the option to send the message?
And why does the top of this page invite me to log in? Am I not already logged in by typing here? lol you people are a trip.
As previously noted, you didn't answer my question. I specifically asked how to do a full computer scan, and I asked why the program doesn't show this option. A full computer scam should be the first, and easiest thing to locate on the AVG program.
And why did I get an email notifying me that if I got the email, it means that they didn't read my email properly. If true, then how the hell did it arrive at my inbox?
PUT YOUR FUCKING CELL PHONES DOWN AND FIX THIS SHITTY WEBSITE.
Why did your site say that my previous comment just posted was deleted, when I still see it? And why is there no editing feature? I tell you what, this website is a disaster. Who designed it? Who maintains it?

Where is my response? Why isn't it showing here? This is literally the shitiest website I have ever encountered. Who maintains it? Nothing works here.
We understand your frustration. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have & we're truly sorry for the discomfort this has caused.
Regarding the login issue you're facing in FireFox, we'd recommend that you clear the cookies in your FireFox browser & try logging into the AVG Community forum. Also, try logging in from the FireFox incognito mode & check if the issue persists.
Coming to your query regarding a 'Full computer/device scan', we don't have a specific feature named "Full device scan". However, as we mentioned in our previous post, a Deep Scan will provide you a predefined, in-depth scan of your system that checks your storage drives and memory for malware (including rootkits).
Furthermore, you can initiate a Boot-time scan in your AVG Internet Security, which scans your PC during the next system startup before any malware is launched. Running a Boot-Time Scan during startup improves the chances of detecting and removing malware before it can attack your PC.
For further information regarding the various scans available in AVG Internet Security, please refer to this article.
