Sure! Here’s a quick version:

  1. Close Background Apps: Swipe up (or double-tap the home button) and close unnecessary apps.
  2. Activate Do Not Disturb: Swipe to Control Center and tap the moon icon to avoid interruptions.
  3. Adjust Asphalt 8 Graphics: Go to Settings in Asphalt 8 iPhone and lower the graphics settings for smoother performance.
  4. Update iOS: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS for best performance.

On my previous experience with Pogo Games, I have had to enable Game Mode on my AVG.  How do I do it on this version?  I did not find it in settings.

This AVG function is designed for full-screen applications where possible AVG information balloons (displayed) e.g. when a scheduled scan is started) would be disturbing (they could minimize the application or corrupt its graphics). To avoid this situation, keep the checkbox for the Enable gaming mode when a full-screen application is executed option marked (default setting).

Hi Linda, under Options > Advanced Settings > Appearance, you may need to scroll down to see it, but I think it's on by default.
