Hello Debi. Could you please let us know the AVG program you have purchased?
Several Months ago I purchased the basic AVG package. The purchase never appeared on my account but that was not a problem as long as things were working the way they should. Up until this past month I was able to do a complete computer scan and removal of any threats and clean up my performance. Now I can't get past the window to upgrade to pro.
