In order to analyze it further please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

every time i wake my computer it tells me that it found and quarinteened it but it keeps coming back even if the computer is idle

Brian, The GMER and AVG scan result export don't cost anything. As per the GMER instructions use the AVG FTP server to send both to AVG.
