How do I install “Cleaner and Booster for Android” under my AVG Ultimate subscription?

Hello Noel,
We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
We do have separate team working on AVG Mobile issue. Please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H select the product as 'paid' in the support form even if you are using free product and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option and submit your query. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution. Also you can contact AVG Mobile team via the following link https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en_US&urlName=How-to-contact-support-through-the-Mobile-Contact-Form .
Feel free to contact us for any further assistance. Thank you.

Thanks for responding BUT your first link leads back to a form that I have already tried several times; and the email option you referred to does not exist.  And your second link leads back to a site that is offline.  Does AVG deliberately set out to alienate customers at every opportunity?

I purchased AVG Ultimate but installation of this android app has failed, and now I find that the AVG support (for which I have paid) is inaccessible and may even be non-existent.

I followed the AVG instructions for including my mobile in the plan.  I created an AVG Zen network, joined my mobile to it and installed “AVG Antivirus Free for Android”.  According to the instructions I should then install “AVG Cleaner”, but the link provided by AVG goes to a different app on Google Play called “Cleaner and Booster for Android”.

I have tried repeatedly to install “Cleaner and Booster for Android” on my mobile but, after downloading again, installation FAILS EVERY TIME with the message "Package file invalid".

I have wasted hours unsuccessfully searching the AVG web site for help.  To make it even harder to access support, AVG has posted this notice on the Support Community pages:
“Please note that this Community deals mainly with the technical queries regarding AVG Windows products. AVG Android support is provided through email only.”

However, every time I try to access AVG email support through the web site, I receive a response directing me to ring an international number which does not work on a phone.

I have sent feedback to AVG via the web site but AVG have not responded.

Thanks guys, with your help I have managed to submit my problem by email to the android team, and I am now awaiting their advice.  The critical step I had missed was selecting "android" instead of "AVG Ultimate" (the product I purchased) - and I apologise for getting cranky.  I have been using Firefox for a long time but tried Chrome on your suggestion, much better for these tasks.  I can access the instructions in your second link via PC but I am stuggling via the mobile.  Anyhow, let's see to what extent the android team can help me to resolve the issue.

Noel, Just to confirm the Rajarajan Sooiyachanth (AVG Technologies) posting both links are definitely working with the Google Chrome browser.
