How do i merge 2 AVG accounts into 1?

I understand your concern.
Please be informed that, AVG accounts can be merged only from our end.
I have sent an email for you to provide both the email address associated with AVG.
Once we receive the email address, will proceed with account merge.

How do i merge 2 AVG accounts into one ?When i try to redirect my accounts to one email address i am told that my chosen email is in use and i cannot use it.
