Sorry, in our latest 2017 version there will no option as "Pause" for the AVG Protection scanning.
Stop will be the only option for the scanning.

That's ridiculous. There is now no way of pausing a Deep Scan, which means you have to completely start again if you stop the scan, which takes 40-45 minutes to do again. Completely unacceptable (and unprofessional)…
