I recently took out a 3 year subscription for AVG anti-virus and need to activate a copy on my macbook pro. How can I do this? All I get is requests to take out further subscriptions on my macbook.

Well, all I seem to have is a bewildering number of images with instructions which I find incomprehensible. This is consuming an awful lot of time and I think I might have to lower my sights in this matter.  I am now told that their is currently no assistance available at all and to call back later. Very frustrating, to say the least.
