How do I remove a file(s) that are password protected that aren't mine, suspect from prev Commodo

How do I remove a file(s) that are password protected that aren't mine, suspect from prev Commodo installation.  It picked them up on the scan - about a dozen files.
I tried searching and wasn't able to locate them either after the scan.
