How do I remove firefox patch_js

Thank You for the replies but none helped… as I stated, I was dumb enough to install a fake firefox patch, I knew I was in trouble as soon as I clicked install and a DOS window opened for the install…
nothing to do with firefox so even uninstalling it did not help… soon after the install parts of my operating system went missing then internet access was gone also. I even did a full destructive recovery but still missing half the windows files and no internet, this is a new computer now as gave up on the other after a week of trying everything I could think of…

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall/remove firefox patch_js ? I was dumb enough to install it thinking it was a real fix because I have been having problem,s with it crashing Thank you for any help, AVG scans and malwarebyte scans do not detect it
