How do I stop Tune-Up from disabling Bing Wallpaper? Every morning I have to restart Bing Wallpaper so that it will change daily. I wish to change my setting so that it does not shut down every day.

Yes, the live wallpaper worked until I installed and ran AVG TuneUp. AVG TuneUp has put Microsoft Edge and Bing Wallpaper to sleep, so I have to run Bing Wallpaper manually each morning. I want to know how to undo these from going to sleep (an exemption list?). I run Windows 10 with Chrome as my browser.

In this case, we request you to refer to this article to awaken the programs that were put to sleep.
Once you've awakened them, you can ignore the programs you don't want to be put to sleep, which will allow the applications to continue running in the background and removes it from the list.
