How do I tell AVG 'ignore'?

AVG tells me I have privacy issues but I don’t want a VPN and I do want my webcam available, etc. It gives me the option RESOLVE - or nothing. How do I tell it ‘ignore’? Are you assuming everybody wants to live the AVG way?
