How do I undo an action?

Hello Stevie,

I understand the inconvenience.
This should have occurred from AVG Internet Security program because of latest Ransomware protection feature.
Please open AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on "Menu–>Ransomware Protection"
You can find option to see list of blocked application, from the list please unblock the files that you wish to use and add it to "allowed" list.
Keep us informed about the status.

The system noted my word & excel programs were trying to do change a doc & asked me if I wanted to block or allow. I said block. Now my word & excel will not allow me to edit any docs & "save as". This has totally screwed me. I have a 2010 word/excel starter package that came with my computer. I can't delete & re-install it. Its not available for individual downloads.  How do I undo my "block" commmand?
