How do I uninstall all AVG products from a laptop that won’t connect to the internet

I understand the inconvenience. I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to run AVG Clear and AVG remover tool to uninstall AVG Products from your computer.

Note: Run AVG Clear first and then Remover tool.

I was using AVG free, tried the free month on premium. Never reverted correctly to free version. I cannot uninstall, modify, repair or disable. Get error messages for all options. My laptop now will no longer connect to the internet. Getting “no internet, secured” message (but all my other devices can connect fine). It has been suggested on forums that it might be an issue with antivirus software. I want to remove ALL AVG software from my laptop. Spoke to customer care who advised me they could not email me a removal tool, just gave me a link, which is useless as I’m using my phone to contact you as I cannot connect with my laptop. This is extremely frustrating.
