How do you do a SCAN on FREE AVG?

All you need to do is just uninstall the trial version and then install the Free version from AVG website.

How do I do a scan on AVG after the trial period.  I only wanted to use the FREE AVG but now that the trial is over I don't see how to do a scan.  The ad to renew keeps blocking the scan button.
