In the meantime, you can send the new email to that email address but the subject should be the same. So copy and paste the subject from the email you received and send a new email.
i have asked for a refund on vag tune up,had a reply on the 28th,yes i can have a refund but would i like to use the refund to purchase another product instead,i was intending to purchase avg securiy,on the email they sent there was no reply bar to click onto,so i composed an emaiul and sent it using the e mail address at the top of their email.i have put in my licence number my order number and case number,i have sent 3 emails,they all come back sayingwe were not able to identify your email properly.i have gone on chat 2 times,which was an absolute waste of time,i now have an email saying i have not repld to them,im at my wits end by the time this is sorted out the men in white coats might come and take me away,can anyone help me.PLEASE
