Just wondering if anyone else has had their PC sound disappear after installing and running Driver Updater?
I had to wait for a while for a Technician who remoted in, then couldn't fix it and said he would elevate the problem up the chain of command but he couldn't give me a time or date.
I had to produce a small video and Powerpoint for my company and with out sound this became impossible.
I have had no contact since then. I Did send them an email again yesterday say as such but I still not heard either by phone or email. I hasten to add that my sound and computer was running ok until I installed the software and I wouldn't have done that but the AVG PC Performance software told me I needed a new driver. So I'm stuck now with a very Safe and high performing PC ""Without Sound""" that I need!!!!!!
Not a very happy customer to say the least!!!
