How to activate my AVG-12-devices-subscription on 2nd and 3rd pc's

Hello Madray,

We would like to clarify that your AVG Ultimate subscription can be used on 10 devices (Windows, Mac and Android).
We always recommend to activate the subscription using the code and not by logging in using AVG MyAccount credentials.
In order to check the error that you received for activation, we have sent an email and requested to send the screenshot of the error.
Please revert to our email without changing its subject.

Help!! I have downloaded AVG ULTIMATE on my primary laptop. I have downloaded the 'trial' on my wife's pc but unable to activate my 2 year subscription. Even though I am signed out of my laptop, it does not allow me to login to my wife's pc. Basically, how do I add her pc to my subscription?  Thanks in advance.
