Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Components -> Enhanced Firewall -> Customize -> General -> Packet Rules -> add your Port numbers.

I have installed AVG Internet Security, Software version 22.1.3219 (build 22.1.6921.717),
as i start xampp, the inernet Security refuses my to  start mysql!  How can i add "Allow Application"/Port number in this version of Internet Security.
