How to ask a refund - call center busy

Hi all! I bought a license for AVG Internet Security - unlimited last year, and yesterday i payd for the automatic renewal because i forgot to stop it. I read in the email that i can ask a refund and stop the subscription at www.avg.com/billing within 14 days, but the only way to ask is phoning call center… and they are always busy.
I see no email or chat mode in the website, how can i solve it?
