How to block win 10 updates using AVG

Please follow the below steps & check if it helps : 
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Tools - Do not disturb mode - Enable 'Pause windows update' by checking it.

Hi guys,
Ive tried all the other ways of trying to disable Win 10 updates which continue to cause problems.
Is there a way in AVG to block these updates please.I have the full AVG protection package
