Sorry for the delayed response, I have been somewhat busy as of late. I tried today to resolve issues. One issue was that I was not logged in under the email address for this account. I signed in, used the proper password, and it is still telling me to upgrade. I even ensured the proper license # was added to the account (it was correct). Yet it is STILL saying I have to upgrade. (screen shot including date and time attached). I would like to continue using AVG, but at this point it is frustrating that I paid for a service that I can not use.

I contacted AVG a week or two ago regarding a subscription. I was told that there was NO SUBSCRIPTION.
I was just charged $74.89. My issue with the subscription (Trial version) that we apparently had was that anytime I tried to use it, I was told that I "had to upgrade my account" to fix the errors… So, I still had the issues, and no way to fix it, as I had a subscription, but the system did not think that I did. Like I said, I contacted AVG and was told "There is no account listed… So I let it go (You can not cancel an account you do not have). I am Hoping for a refund. Thanks for your attention to this matter!
