How to cancel and get a refund?

Auto-renewal service was enabled for the trial purchase of AVG TuneUp Unlimited, hence you have been charged for the renewal. We initiated a refund of this renewal and sent you an e-mail confirming the same.

Hey!

I've just got an email recently, that I've been charged for $63.49. Althought, I just wanted to use the free trial of the product (AVG PC TuneUp). But now, I paid for a year.
I just want to cancel my subscription for the product, and get a refund, because I don't use it anymore, and won't use it in the future. I used it for once, when I tried the free trial. 
Please help me as soon as possible, because I can't afford that  much for this, as a student.
