This is the expected behavior.
In some countries, VPN is blocked due to a political situation. Examples of such countries are China, Emirates, Sudan, Syria, North Korea. AVG does not sell the product in those countries, so the traffic for this issue should be minimal.
Some service providers also block VPN traffic, the major being Netflix. This is an issue on provider’s side and we cannot influence it.
As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device (60-day Trial).
Therefore, you wont be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
You can also cancel the auto renewal from your AVG MyAccount.
Hi there, I gave the VPN a free trial, but it doesn't seem to work in China, so have uninstalled it.
However, I cant seem to find a means to cancel the subscription and prevent any future payment.
Please can you let me know how to do this.
