I am extremely frustrated. I need to update my payment information due to my previous card being cancelled due to fraud. The “update” feature doesn’t work–just does nothing or sends me through and endless loop. I can’t find a phone number or email to contact anyone for help. It seems if they want my money, they’d make it more accessible to do so.

Same here. It seems AVG doesn’t want to talk to its clients.

Exactly same situation - i was able to message AVG and get a different “person” each time, pretty sure it’s AI, that says they are aware of the problem and keep trying. based on all the problems on this community board i’m pretty close to just dumping it and going with something else.
