We will help you with it. Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG Protection temporarily.

Hi, I am using AVG Ultimate Internet Security ver 18.7.3069 build 18.7.4041.389
I want to run System Restore and have previously had to temporarily disable the Anti Virus.  Now I cannot find the Options menu to get to the disable thing.  Where is it please?
