Could you please confirm whether you wish to cancel the auto renewal of the AVG program? If so could you please let us know the exact AVG program for which you wish to cancel the auto renewal?

Hi,

I want to end my abo of AVG PC Tune Up, but it seems, this is a difficult thing.
AVG says, there are two ways to do this:
1. to go over the confirmation E-mail
In this case a website will be opened and there I should click on a "YES"-button. But such a button is
on this website not existing.
2. to go over AVG MyAccount
In AVG MyAccount I should open MyAbonnements and then the description of the AVG product and there click on "Abonnement denounce". 
Unfortunately this button is not existing.
I tried to send an E-mail to the AVG support, but for the selling support a E-mail address is not existing, only a phone number from monday to friday.
The support community is the only one chance, to descript the problem.

What can I do?

I wish to cancel the auto renewal of the AVG  Performance multidevice and the auto renewal of the TuneUp Utilities Business Edition.

To cancel the auto renewal is the same action as to denounce the abonnement?
