How to fix Error code: 0xC0070643

i facing the exact same problem , i have done the following :
- i removed the old antivirus Mcafee removal tool
- i used the AVG reset access
- i used the AVG removal tool
- i reinstalled the NEW AVG internet secuirty and same code error apears again
i need an answer please

​I have used the link in your answear to run the AVG remover tool, and after used the installation link to  reinstall AVG. It's still not working, and I get exactly the same error code (0xC0070643).
What more can be done to solve the problem?

When trying to install AVG ANtiVirus FREE on my new Lenovo pc, I get the error code: 0xC0070643 Description: Event exec_finished.
What do I do to fix this and to be able to install AVG AntiVirus?

Please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to reinstall your AVG program. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
