Sorry to hear about that. The letters in the captcha are case sensitive and there are no spaces. Please try again and share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) if the issue persist. Thank you.
I tried to give feedback about an AVG renewal issue. I can't get past the captcha input to make the submission. Can't tell if the letters should be upper or lower case or if the code contains spaces. The code is changed after every attempt, so I can't learn what is expected through trial and error. After 10 or so failed attempts, you begin to suspect AVG might not seriously be looking for any feedback.
