How to get quarantined files back after uninstalling avg without having an account

Please i installed and started using avg some weeks ago and since then my files started disappearing until my friend told me it could be in the quarantine accessed from avg menu, but by the time I had already uninstalled it, and I don't have an account on it, so please how can I recover the quarantined files
