I wanted to add my VPN to my android mobile. I sent myself the one-off link, loaded it on my mobile and then it said it was only a 7-day trial, and thereafter I would have to subscribe.
My subscription says that I can use my VPN on up to 10 devices - my pc and mobile being just 2!
Instructions seem to indicate I have to deactivate my VPN from my pc and then reload it onto my mobile - I'm worried about deactivating it, in case I cant get it back
And would I have to keep doing that every time I swapped from my pc to my mobile and back again?
I tried to find an email to AVG but it is nowhere to be found - that chat option does not work for me (I enter all fields on the form, hit submit and then just an endless "Loading … " circle, but nothing happens …
Can anyone help please? I am not so tech-savvy, so just plain English will be fine!
