How do I install AVG Ultimate on to my IPad and IPod please

Fat lot of good this is paid for AVG Ultimate as I got told it would do all my devices and now after days of trying to get it on my IPAD/PODS get told I cant how do I get a refund on this Ultimate as it is no good to me
Have always had AVG but now you are leting yourselfs down big time what are you upto AVG you were the best out there not any more sorry to say
