Upon carefully reviewing you account, I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate product and you wish to install it in your second pc. Please follow the below instruction to get it installed in your second pc :
1.Open AVG Zen. using the AVG icon on your Desktop, or from the Start menu - All programs - AVG Zen - AVG.
2.Click the + button next to the icon of your computer.
3.Click Add Android device or Add PC based on what device you wish to add, and then click Continue.
4.Fill in an email address used on the new device. An invitation email will be sent to this address.
5.Follow the instructions in the email to install AVG on the device and connect it to your Zen Network.
Once you install AVG and follow the instructions in the email to join your Zen Network, the device will appear in the AVG Zen application (also available for Android devices).
