As you already have AVG AntiVirus free installed, we will activate this program to pro version.

Open AVG AntiVirus free, click on "My AVG->My Subscriptions". From here login to your AVG MyAccount and the pro version will get activated on your grand daughter's laptop.

Hi there
In March month of this year I purchased a 2 year subscription for AVG Ultimate…after a little help from AVG tech support I have got it working perfectly on my personal laptop computer.
I am sending this message to you via my grand-daughter's laptop, onto which I now wish to install a copy of AVG Ultimate software, which I am entitled to do within the terms and conditions of sale.
Could someone please assist me (step by step) in how to load the software onto this computer?
She currently has the FREE basic version loaded on her machine, but I want her to have all the benefits the AVG Ultimate will offer, Do I have to remove this free version before I get started?

Thank you for the information sent to me last night.
I still have a problem, which is the download which was sent to me does not allow anything more than the BASIC maintenance function to be carried out. This is not the FULL AVG ULTIMATE software with all the functionality that I expected.When I attempt to carry out any of the normal actions that are possible on AVG Ultimate, a box opens up which states that I must purchase further software to have access to the full PRO software.
What is going on!
