How to remove SlimCleaner Plus?

We wish we could help you with your issue but SlimCleaner Plus is a 3rd party application and we could not provide any technical support with it. Kindly contact the application vendor for help.

SlimCleaner Plus keeps popping up on my computer (Windows 7).  It is not list in my programs so I cannot uninstall it by going to Control Panel/Uninstall.  Please advise.
