Thank you for providing the screenshot.
Please right click on "Google Chrome" desktop icon and select "Properties".
In the Target field you will see this path: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
In between the path if there is any additional entry please remove only that and make sure the path is exactly the same as mentioned above.
Click on Apply and Ok.
Open Google Chrome browser and check whether you get the same search engine page.
