How to restore deleted files AVG cleaner

Hi my name is Kamran,

I recently downloaded AVG cleaner on my mac and tried the disk cleaner option but instead of deleting the unnecesary files it ended up deleting all the files on the mac including safari and other important files I had.

My question now is there anyway to restore back the deleted files.
