How to reverse go to sleep of files?

We're glad to help you with the info.
Certain actions performed by AVG TuneUp can be reverted through Rescue center. To do so : Open AVG TuneUp - Rescue center (at top right pane) - click on Undo beside desired action.

I do not like all my downloads being put to sleep and want to restore them all as they were before. I am very distressed as it said it could be reversed and now I cannot find anything on the program to tell me how to do so.   Can anyone help please.?
