That makes no sense. The product does not work with Windows 8. I am trying to get rid of it with Windows 8. Even Tech Support doesn't know how to get rid of it when I called them.
Posting removal instructions for a product that DOES NOT WORK seems logical.
JS Dee, It just won't happen!! Just apply some kind of logic to the situ if that type of info were available for all the 'family' to be able to access. I can't believe you guys won't just post the instructions for what you have screwed up Windows 8 more than it is already screwed up. I called Tech Support, they have no idea what to do to remove this product.

Can you also send the uninstall instructions to my email account? Also, what is the procedure to cancel the auto renew process?
Today, I'm not able to open Chrome or Firefox and the InetCtrl application is stopping it from running. The customer service is non existent for this product.
