How to uninstall AVG on system WIN-XP-SP3

Hello, 

I couldn't find anywhere a correct unistall procedure, and AVG free is still abord

- Explorer can't find AGV.exe ... but all components are remaining

Please help !

Hi Gerard,

If you aren't able to uninstall AVG Antivirus free through usual control panel, then please download AVG remover tool using this http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe link.
You can run the remover tool and see whether it shows AVG Antivirus free for removal.
If not, you can click on "Run Anyway" and wait until it shows restart prompt.
You can then manually delete AVG related folders from C:\ drive->Program Files->Program Files x86->Program Data.
