Hi AVG! I downloaded the app for my mobile and activated its anti-theft feature which prevents its use by an unauthorized person when the SIM is replaced.
Unfortunately, this backfired when my own SIM got damaged. When I installed a replacement SIM, the anti-theft feature kicked-in automatically and locked my phone. As my old SIM was already damaged, the unlock codes I sent can't get through. I tried a phone reset but it didn't work. Any advice? Thanks–Ron G.
