Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. My phone, Nokia X Plus has been locked with the Anti Theft Function of the AVG APP for android and I am unable to unlock it.

I had set the anti-theft and registered months ago however I cant even remember ever setting an anti-theft password.

I attempted to acquire a new sim card for the phone. After installing the sim card and turning my phone on the Anti-Theft screen came up stating, "This device is lost or stolen Please return my device sams28kumar@gmail.com" followed by a "Please enter unlock password"

I attempted to reinsert or change the positions of sims because mine is dual sim but it did'nt worked

Unfortunately I do not know the Unlock password, and attempted to use the website:
but i did not got any helpfrom this site i have sent report to support team but till now they did'nt replied me till now about the issue.

I've attempted multiple times over several hours and failed every time. As it stands I am unable to unlock my device.

Could anyone suggest me to resolve this issue please help me. I had never faced this issue before its not even getting me back to open any application in my phone.It's only displaying that lock screen to enter unlock password.
The previous given report in this website i have read but it also did not resolved the problem, then how to resolve it please help me i am helpless. Please suggest me as early as possible.
