How to upgrade AVG Antivirus 2015 to Internet security 2015

My Name is Kenza, i'm a Guru on this Community and an AVG Partner and would like to help you resolve this issue.

From my understanding of your post you have a customer who has purchased AVG Anti-Virus standalone and would like to upgrade to AVG Internet Security.

I would like to bring to your attention the AVG Upgrade Micro-Site located at AVG Internet Security Software | Online Protection | Free Trial (http://www.avg.com/gb-en/upgrade" target="_blank) which would request the license key of the product then present you with the Options to Renew, Increase and Upgrade upon license verification.

If you select the Upgrade option the website will display all of the available upgrades based on the license type you entered and guide you through the order process step by step.
