How to wake up a program that Tuneup put to sleep

Hello, Irene

Please do not worry, we will help you in this.
Open AVG TuneUp >> Free Up >> Background and startup programs
There you will have the list of programs that are put to sleep.
You can wake them up.

I have purchased a 60 day trial of AVG Tuneup yesterday. On first use, it indicated that certain programs were slowing down my laptop and recommended that I put them to sleep.  This included my built-in Synaptics Trackpad and Mouse ( Synaptics PS/2 Port ClickPad ).  This morning upon rebooting the system, the scroll function is not working.  I "woke" up the program from the Background and Startup Programs and even rebooted my system a few times but it is still not working. Will it start working if I completely uninstall the AVG Tuneup?  This Tuneup has become a nuisance because I always use the scroll function on the side of the trackpad for scrolling through pages and it has now become inoperational.  Please urgently suggest a solution to my problem.

AVG Tune up suggested that I put a list of programs to sleep that opened up in the background upon startup.  I did so now I am going nuts because Adobe will not open up when I am trying to open or download a file.  I can not find that list to turn it back on.  HELP!!

Greetings,
