Hello Ceri,
I understand your concern. Please do not worry, the threats detected in your computer will automatically gets resolved and it will not affect any other files in your computer.
You are most welcome, Ceri. Feel free to contact us for further queries regarding AVG.
Ceri, if there is any file infected, it will be detected by AVG and will move the file automatically to the quarantine folder. You can also run a Whole Computer scan from AVG, to check if any other file is infected in your computer. If there is any, it will be detected and removed from your computer.
