I am disgusted how difficult it is to contact AVG

I am a 76 year old pensioner with very limited computer skills , who has for the last hour been trying to contact AVG . When I first used this company you could get through right away , so why have they made it so difficult now ? , no email address , no easy way like before , but quick to charge you . One thing is for sure , I won`t be renewing next year .
