My wife and I have been using AVG for probably ten years, maybe longer. She got a new laptop and when I try to install Internet Security it says I don't have a subscription, except my subscription expires in January 2019. So I can't install it on my wife's new computer unless I pay more. The disclaimer about a system upgrade is absurd. The system upgrade should not prevent a subscriber from accessing their information. I tried to add a device from my computer but the install failed because something, certainly not AVG, already existed on her new laptop. This is inexcusable. I will not renew and am now going to look for new anti-virus software, hopefully one that isn't always trying to sell me something else. UGH!
